La Bella RESN-1559 Pure Nickel

This set has been specifically designed for resophonic guitars, using the most popular tunings and gauges. As a part of La Bella's Pure Nickel Series, these sets are made with 100% pure nickel, producing a warm tone compared to a bright tone characteristic of nickel-plated strings. Contrary to popular belief, a round core is more likely to generate an unwanted buzzing sound, so we only use hexagonal cores. Additionally, our Pure Nickel strings' flexibility, which is controlled by the angle of the winding, is ideal for Resophonic, Slack Key and Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitars.
